Riders under 4 feet tall must be accompanied by an adult on all rides.

Maximum weight: 250 lbs. per ride.

Food and drinks are not permitted while riding.

Riders must remain within designated areas and are not allowed inside stores or outside the mall premises.

Bumping into other riders, pedestrians, or objects is strictly prohibited.

All children must have adult supervision while riding.
Personal Injury Waiver
This Personal Injury Waiver (the "Waiver") is made by the undersigned in acknowledgment of the potential risks associated with using the facilities, equipment, and rides provided by Rider's Paradise. By signing this Waiver, the undersigned voluntarily assumes all risks of injury, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, that may arise while participating in activities at Rider's Paradise, located at [Insert Your Address Here].
In consideration of being allowed to use the facilities, equipment, and services provided by Rider's Paradise, the undersigned agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Rider's Paradise, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses that may arise from:
Personal injury sustained while using the equipment or facilities.
Any negligence on the part of the business, its employees, or representatives.
Loss or theft of personal property.
This Waiver applies to the undersigned and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns. If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
By signing below, the undersigned confirms that they have carefully read and fully understand this Waiver, including the release of liability. They acknowledge that they are signing this Waiver voluntarily and with full knowledge of its contents.
If the undersigned is signing on behalf of a minor, they affirm that they have legal authority to do so and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Rider's Paradise harmless from any claims arising from the minor’s participation in activities.
